Montpelier, Saint Joe and Western

Montpelier, Saint Joe & Western is located at 308 west main street in Montpelier Ohio. We are a HO scale group with Atlas and Peco code 100 track. Our layout size is 100 ft by 20 ft double deck with over 600 ft of double main line. We complement 4 to 12 people with 5 yard masters which are Wabash, Buckeye, North Landers, Bedford, and Shackleton. our track is 100% complete, scenery is 75%, and our electrical is at 100% complete. WE can support Digitrax Simplex, Duplex, and WiFi engine/throttle. Our communication system is a verbal dispatching (mother may I ). We also have signals on our main line. We use JMRI for our car forwarding . Unfortunately we are not handicap accessible we have a 3 steps to our front door and 4 steps to the rear door. Sorry we don't allow pets in the building. We are a 501c3 group and are always accepting donations. We can also arrange a private tour on a prearranged basis. Note: Members and Guest are required to bring their own locomotives and throttles when operating at our layout.
