Denver Pacific Railroad

Layout Description

The Denver Pacific is based on the Union Pacific from Denver to La Salle CO in 1950. There are mainline freight, passenger and local trains. Plus yard jobs at Denver, la Salle and Union Station.

All of the big steam are present and Diesels are well represented. Grain, coal, cattle and sugar beets originate along the DP.

The best features of the layout are long trains, reliable operations and wide open Western scenery.

The railroad has been featured in "Model Railroading" magazine and Trainmasters.TV.
