Layout Description

The railroad is based on Louisville & Nashville Railroads MNO&P Division in 1955. This end to end railroad has -650’ of single track mainline and has an ABS hybrid signal system with a DS monitor showing signals, switches and train detection. The layout is triple decked with staging yards at both ends . In 1955 this railroad operates mostly passenger trains with scheduled manifest freights, locals and a Gulf Coast commuter train. The layout room is 52.5’ X 23.5’ and located upstairs in a finished A/C attic. The layout features 1950's era rolling stock with L&N engine models including E's, F's, GP's
